In principle, the legal cancellation policy also applies here. The provisions mentioned below do not constitute a mandatory requirement for effectively exercising the cancellation right.
For deliveries within the continental United States, the standard UPS Ground Service shipping cost for the recipient is free and AIGNER delivers the goods with the customs fees already paid. If desired, AIGNER also offers UPS Next Day Air Saver for a shipping cost of $34.95. PLEASE NOTE: all orders require up to 48 hours of processing time before dispatch.
For orders to Canada and Middle/South America, please get in touch with us at onlineshop@aignermunich.com.
All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance cover expires as soon as the goods are received by you and receipt is confirmed in writing.
Please note that the delivery time for personalized straps is approximately 8-10 weeks.

AIGNER will identify you as a client via the billing address. Therefore, it is important that you always provide us with your personal address.
Delivery address
You have the option to have the goods sent to a different address. In this case, please indicate the optional address in the corresponding field. This optional address will only be used for delivery and not for marketing purposes.
